I didn't know there were so many Vintage Dance Groups until I joined one. Sit back and enjoy. Then Get Up and find yourself a group to join. If I can learn, so can you.

93 and still dancing. Watch the mature ones..dancing keeps them young! Dancing keeps them healthy. This video was recorded at Kitantinny Rangers Square Dance Club in New Jersey. A regular square dance they say, is equivalent of walking 5 miles. And we all know that walking is the best exercise. And put your walking to music with friends.... What a way to Exercise!
